Easter Chocolate Ganache Nests

These Low Sugar Easter Chocolate Ganache Nests are a great healthy replacement for both adults and children alike this Easter and there’s no missing out as they are both chocolatey and delicious! 


  • 1 Pack Go-low Buttery cookie Mix
  • 1tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Use 300ml Double Cream
  • 50g Dark Chocolate
  • Your preferred sweetener (to taste)


  • To create a chocolate biscuit crumb, follow the instructions on the pack but also add the cocoa powder to the mix. 
  • Press biscuit mix into a greased muffin tin to cover the sides and base and use a shot glass to make a little well in the middle. 
  • Bake in the oven for 10 mins on 160 then allow to cool.
  • Heat the double cream, remove from the heat and add 50g broken up dark chocolate and sweetener and mix until the chocolate is melted and the mixture starts to thicken. (It will thicken more once cooled)
  • Once cooled, pipe into the bases and top with a sugar free chocolate egg 🐣 and enjoy!
