Smoked Salmon Crepes & Rainbow Salad

A quick low carb lunch idea! Go-low French Style Crepes with Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon.

- Makes 5 French Style Crepes

 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 bag Go-low French Style Crepe Mix (50g)
  • 1 egg
  • 110ml Water
  • Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
  • Smoked Salmon

Method:

  1. Make 5 Low Carb Crepes as per the instructions (using the measurements above).
  2. Spread with a generous amount of Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese and add a slice of smoked salmon.
  3. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
  4. Serve with a rainbow side salad topped with an oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
